Littleton, Colorado (June 2007 to Present)

As a Senior Consultant with Long International, Mr. Sable provides claims analysis services on projects for both owners and contractors. Specific responsibilities include CPM schedule delay and acceleration analysis, document database development, change order impact analysis, issue identification, correlation of impacts to schedule activities, productivity evaluations, claims preparation, damages quantification, and arbitration/ litigation support.

As a Project manager, provided CPM scheduling, time delay studies, productivity evaluations, claims analysis, cost and schedule evaluations, on-site management, cost-to-complete evaluations, and other related technical services.

As a Project Scheduler, developed, maintained, and updated a 2,400 activity, resource-loaded CPM schedule for a $100 million highway interchange; produced weekly updates for the subcontractors, superintendents, and DOT’s representatives; tracked quantities, production rates, and costs for project activities; produced mitigation schedules; performed a detailed claims analysis due to unforeseen conditions, owner delays and productivity issues; and scheduled subcontractors and materials delivery.

Lawrenceville, Georgia (March 1999 to March 2000)

As Assistant Project Manager, provided document control and field supervision; developed and reviewed subcontractor scope of work; scheduled material deliveries; scheduled subcontractors and produced closeout documents for a 40,000 s.f. out-patient/clinic medical facility, an 110,000 s.f. warehouse/tenant office, and a 16,000 s.f. multi-use office building. Produced estimates and bids for medical office buildings, high school expansions, tilt-up warehouse/tenant offices, and tenant interior improvement projects.

 

Beers Construction

Atlanta, Georgia (February 1998 to January 1999)

As a Project Engineer, developed, maintained and updated a 400 activity item CPM Schedule, developed and reviewed subcontractor scope of work, scheduled subcontractors, supervised field operations, reviewed and approved subcontractor progress payments, mitigated subcontractor claims, scheduled material delivery, and managed a design-build 62,000-square foot cement storage terminal at the Alabama State Docks located in Mobile, Alabama. Also developed and reviewed subcontractor scope of work, scheduled subcontractors, ordered materials, supervised field operations and managed a 2,850-ton cement distribution terminal in Buford, Georgia. In addition, produced estimates and bids for cement storage facilities, cement processing plants, and pump stations.

 

MK Engineering

Deerfield Beach, Florida and Arvada, Colorado (September 1995 to December 1997)

As a Project Manager/Engineer/Surveyor, developed the layout for control and utility relocations for the new 30-mile Denver E-470 Beltway. Designed a recreational trail for pedestrians and equestrians along E-470, laid out the baseline of ramps at interchanges, and produced plan and profile package sheets for miscellaneous project items. Designed and coordinated with the owner the relocation of public utilities along the 30 miles of roadway. Designed roadway alternatives for a 1.5-mile bridge replacement in Port St. Lucie, Florida, I-95/I-4 Daytona Interchange, and a 5 mile stretch of Biscayne Blvd. in Miami. Designed and produced construction plans for two Florida turnpike bridge rehabilitation projects. Performed an engineer review on construction plans to ensure compliance with FDOT Standards. Designed and produced a 10 phase M.O.T. plan for Okeechobee Blvd. interchange in West Palm Beach, Florida. Analyzed the contractor claims for merit and produced documentation for litigation.
