Ms. Avalon is a Senior Data Analyst with Long International and has over 20 years of database management, data analysis, and business management experience. She is experienced in the development, maintenance, coding and quality control of document databases to support the evaluation of construction claims, entitlement analyses, and schedule delay analyses. She has prepared detailed analyses of project events based upon contemporaneous correspondence and project documentation to support expert witness reports on large construction projects. In addition, Ms. Avalon is a skilled researcher, writer and technical editor of construction claims entitlement analyses and is experienced in the identification and systematic evaluation of major engineering and construction problems. Ms. Avalon has U.S. and international experience on large and complex petrochemical and power plant projects.

As a Senior Data Analyst with Long International, Ms. Avalon provides claims management and dispute resolution services to the construction industry. She is skilled in the development, coding, quality control and maintenance of comprehensive document databases to support detailed schedule analyses, contract analyses, claims preparation, claims defense and negotiated settlements. She has prepared detailed analyses of contemporaneous correspondence and project documentation to identify and evaluate major engineering and construction problems in support of expert witness reports on large construction projects.

As the Owner of a small publishing company, Ms. Avalon worked as a historical researcher, writer, editor and business manager of a small press publication.
