Biography
Mr. Long is a Senior Executive Consultant with 28 years of experience as a forensic schedule analyst. He has worked on mega construction projects in the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
Mr. Long is the creator and developer of Time-Logic, a delay analysis software, which won the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Innovation Award in 2022. In addition, he was granted a U.S. Utility Patent based on recent insights in delay analysis methodology (Advanced Delay Analysis Mechanism, Patent US 11417044).
Mr. Long has provided expert witness and claims support on large infrastructure programs and imparted strategic advice on claims and dispute avoidance and best project control practices. He has published various articles for the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International, the Society of Construction Law (SCL), and the International Bar Association. He has also been a guest speaker for SCL and AACE International conferences.
