On behalf of an electrical contractor, reviewed the validity of backcharge claims alleged by a general contractor. Prepared a report to facilitate settlement of the claims.

On behalf of an owner, performed a schedule quality assessment of a CPM schedule regarding a new university building for the University of the West Indies.

On behalf of an insurance company, analyzed a contractor’s claim for costs associated with repairs to 25% of a recently completed community school. Prepared detailed analyses and reports to identify reasonableness of costs claimed in preparation of a settlement negotiation by the insurer.

On behalf of Denver Public Schools (DPS), provided CPM schedule and cost analysis and dispute resolution services that defended against unsubstantiated general contractor claims that exceeded $3 million. Participated in the DPS dispute resolution team that resulted in the successfully negotiated settlement of all general contractor claims at a significantly reduced amount.

Prepared a contractor’s baseline schedule for a classroom addition to an elementary school.
