On behalf of the owner, performed an independent review of the contractor’s delay claim related to curtain wall design, procurement, and construction for a high-end residential tower project. Prepared an expert report presenting findings and conclusions regarding the delay issues for the civil claim before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

On behalf of an owner, provided quality assurance reviews of an EPC contractor’s schedules for an LNG facility.

Provided expert testimony in arbitration, on behalf of the designer and module fabricator, regarding owner claims of faulty workmanship, delayed project completion, increased project costs, and the designer’s counterclaims of unpaid invoices and change orders related to the design and fabrication of modules and the construction of a gas processing facility. Provided deposition testimony regarding an expert witness rebuttal report.

On behalf of an equipment supplier, evaluated a contractor’s time extension request and delay, disruption, and extra work claim on a coke stacker/reclaimer facility.

Provided claims analysis services for an insurance company regarding the reconstruction of a natural gas plant in British Columbia following an explosion. Performed a schedule analysis to determine when plant reconstruction could have been completed absent the improvements to the facility that the owner made.
