Long International Announces New CEO
Long International is pleased to announce the promotion of Alex Bachowski from Chief Operating Officer to Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Former CEO Andrew Avalon will remain actively engaged as Chairman of the Board, providing strategic guidance and continuity as the company advances its long-term objectives. Richard Long will remain active as Founder, leading the management of the firm’s key projects.

Mr. Bachowski has been a key leader at Long International, bringing deep industry expertise, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to client success.
