Biography

Ms. Sapp is a Senior Executive Consultant with Long International and has over 27 years of combined experience in manufacturing, process control/automation, leadership, technical report writing, and claim analysis. During her career, Ms. Sapp has held roles of Engineer, Project Manager, Personnel/Chemical Operations Unit Manager, and Consultant.

Throughout her career, Ms. Sapp has been consistently rated as a top performer. At GE, she progressed quickly through several roles of increasing leadership. In her Fortune 100 manufacturing leadership roles, she built and led teams of all sizes, developed and implemented new global organizational structures and methodologies, and continued to provide technical emergency support and backup for GE Plastics globally.

Ms. Sapp excels at communicating and at leading diverse groups across all levels of a company and community. She maintains exceptional rapport with customers, suppliers, and contractors. In addition to her leadership experience, Ms. Sapp has extensive training and experience in manufacturing, Process Safety Management (PSM), OSHA, and Crisis Management. She is also highly proficient in cost analysis, escalation and delay calculations, technical writing, claims preparation, database development, and technical issue analyses.
