
Biography
Ms. Sapp is a Senior Technical and Cost Consultant with Long International and has more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing, process control, and automation. During her career, Ms. Sapp has held roles as Technician, Engineer, Project Manager, Six Sigma and Personnel/Unit Manager.
Throughout her nearly 10-year career with GE, Ms. Sapp was consistently rated as a top-performer and progressed quickly through several roles of increasing leadership. In these leadership roles, she built and led teams of all sizes, developed, and implemented new global organizational structures and methodologies, and provided technical emergency support and backup for GE Plastics globally. Ms. Sapp excels at communicating, and leading diverse groups across all levels of the company and community. She maintains exceptional rapport with customers, suppliers, and contractors. In addition to her leadership experience, Ms. Sapp has training in manufacturing, process safety management, OSHA, and crisis management. She is also proficient in database development, technical issue analyses, and web development programs.
