Biography

Mr. Asper is a Senior Executive Consultant with Long International and has over 35 years of experience in engineering, construction management, and claims consulting. Mr. Asper has served as an Executive Advisor, Technical Advisor, Senior Project Manager, Claims Manager, and Senior Construction Claims Consultant, and has guided public and private organizations in the resolution of construction disputes.

He is an expert in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims, dispute resolution and avoidance, schedule delay analysis, project and contract management, project controls, disruption and productivity analysis, and arbitration/litigation support. Mr. Asper has been an expert witness in trial, arbitration, and mediation. He has international project experience in the transportation, commercial, educational, medical, petrochemical, oil refining, pipeline, and power industries. His consulting expertise is based on a broad range of hands on construction experience including multibillion U.S. dollar industrial projects in the United States, the Middle East (Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE), and various parts of Central America, and South Africa.
