Airport
On behalf of a contractor, prepared a response to an owner’s experts’ reports for an ICC arbitration in London regarding the reasonableness of the bid estimate and the cost to complete an airport project.
California
Heavy Rail
On behalf of a contractor, performed schedule quality assurance reviews and analyzed the reasonableness of schedule delays on a $70 million dispute for a tunnel-boring contract on the Los Angeles metro subway project. Construction of the subway tunnels was delayed by over two years. Identified and apportioned responsibility for delays.

Heavy Rail
Prepared a CPM schedule analysis of alleged contractor claims associated with construction upgrades to the London Underground Subway system in support of an ICC arbitration.
Wyoming
Highways and Bridges
On behalf of the Wyoming Department of Transportation, evaluated a contractor’s delay and extended overhead claims on a structural steel bridge and anchored retaining wall project. Evaluated whether there was a reasonable basis for terminating the contractor.
Colorado
Highways and Bridges
Assisted an owner’s construction manager in the analysis of schedule delay and productivity loss claims submitted by a design-build contractor for the engineering and construction of a highway project in Colorado. Parties settled prior to arbitration.
Canada
Highways and Bridges
Assessed the delays a contractor experienced on a bridge renovation project. Provided delay analyses and opinions regarding issues the contractor identified that caused impacts to the project final completion milestone and that the owner allegedly caused. The assessment identified which delays were attributable to the owner’s actions or inactions and quantified the number of days for which the contractor was entitled to an extension of time.
Colorado
Highways and Bridges
On behalf of an electrical subcontractor, evaluated delays and increased labor costs on the construction of a large highway project in Colorado.
