Mr. Ellis is a Forensic Consultant affiliated with Long International. He has over 18 years of litigation, financial and strategic consulting, and valuation experience, and specializes in commercial and intellectual property disputes.
Mr. Ellis specializes in forensic accounting, cost determination, and financial analysis on construction and schedule delay matters, commercial litigation, intellectual property and asset matters, and energy-related matters. He has provided dispute support in well over 150 cases and has testified in federal and state court.
Mr. Ellis’ industry experience includes aviation, biotechnology, construction, consumer goods, energy, financial services, manufacturing, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail, semiconductors, software, telecommunications, and transportation, among others.
