Biography
Mr. Britven is a Forensic CPA Consultant affiliated with Long International. His experience has involved the direction and performance of a wide variety of consulting, audit, and special assignment engagements. Mr. Britven’s experience includes working with counsel and corporate clients on matters including lost profits, construction, patent infringement and commercial litigation matters.
His construction experience includes the development of claims, as well as analysis of claims developed by others. He has experience in surety construction completion, delay and disruption, change order pricing, efficiency analysis and remedial construction overruns. He also has performed estimates to complete, percent complete, frontend loading and other intermediate analyses. Specific project experience includes road construction, bridge construction, pipelines, refineries, electric utilities, highrise condominiums, office towers, hospitals, apartment buildings and manufacturing facilities. His damages and schedule analysis has encompassed disputes regarding delays, site conditions, concrete work, stucco systems, metal fabrication, water and moisture protection, interior finishes, elevators, HVAC, conveying systems, mechanical and electrical claims, and associated back charges, among others. Mr. Britven’s project controls and financial assessment and claim skills have been utilized on many projects including the Boston Harbor Clean Up, the Boston Central Artery Tunnel and the Southeast Supply Header Project.
